A lovely combination of creativity for kids. Each workshop includes a themed Kids Yoga adventure, a healthy snack break and a craft activity based on the yoga theme. i.e. Mural painting, puppet making, sculptures from recycled materials, paper dying, pot plant painting. All art materials are supplied. Water bottle and art cloths/smocks are all you need to bring.
$30 1st child, $20 per extra child

Kids Yo YO Yoga Adventures with Sahaja
‘I really enjoy the spontaneity and creativity that children exude and I’m passionate about teaching the next generation how to think positively about themselves, others and the environment they’re inheriting’.
Kids Yoga Classes are taught with imagination and fun, encouraging both joy in movement and stillness. Values of self worth, postural awareness, kindness to oneself and others is also taught. Ultimately the classes act as a excellent way for children to unwind, de-stress and get grounded in their day to day activities.
